Individual Coaching
Leadership is inherently complex and uncertain. In most work environments leaders are expected to keep pace with a rapidly changing world, deliver results, manage complex systems, and keep their teams engaged and motivated. Despite these challenges, leadership has an immense capacity to shape the future of organisations.
I partner with leaders at the threshold of change. While each leader’s journey is unique, common themes that arise in the coaching I do with leaders include:

Team Coaching
Team Coaching is a rapidly growing intervention used by the most successful organisations to deliver better business results.

Leadership Development
With a passion for how leaders develop within organisations, I bring my coaching and leadership expertise into the design and delivery of tailored leadership development programs. I partner with organisations in the design of leadership coaching programs targeted to small groups. These typically include the Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment, 1:1 leadership coaching, and group coaching, providing a comprehensive framework for individual and collective leadership development.
In addition, in partnership with a trusted coaching colleague, we also offer a bespoke leadership development program, The Leadership Lab, which invites leaders into an immersive learning experience over six months. For the experienced leader, the interactive learning modules, group coaching and real-time experimentation are designed to deepen their understanding of who they are as a leader, and how to enable their team to think, explore, and make progress.
